CHEMICIAL SESSION	:	It is based on different proportions of Carboxylated Polyester, TGIC Hardener, pigments, and Extenders.
USAGE AREA	:	It is usable for all kinds of interior or exterior surfaces.
CONSUMPTION	:	According to specific gravity and thickness of the film, 1 kg of powder coates 8 – 12 meter square.

APPLICATION
PRETREATMENT of SURFACE	:	The surface has to be free of oil,therefore it should be cleaned and degreased throughly, Phosphating or hromating is also advised for the second step, ifextended life and higher corrosion prevention is needed.
SPRAYING	:	Corona or Tribo gun.
THICKNESS (DIN 50981)	:	> 60 ± 5 micron.
CURING	:	160°C - 200°C - 10 Minutes (metal surface temperature).

STORAGE
PACKING	:	1 layer of polyethylene bags and 1 box of 20 kg. net.
STOCK LIFE	:	6 months to 1 year in dry (40-60 % Relative Humidity) and cool (below25°C) place.
